Camilla Tilling

Voice
With her unique tone and impeccable musicality, Swedish soprano Camilla Tilling is considered to have one of the outstanding voices of her generation. She is a regular presence on the world’s leading opera and concert stages and has an impressive discography that includes orchestral recordings with Bernard Haitink, Emmanuelle Haïm, Marek Janowski and Riccardo Muti, as well as collections of songs and arias by Gluck, Mozart, Strauss, Schumann and Grieg. Camilla has performed on many legendary opera stages, such as the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, the Bayerische Staatsopera, the Opéra National de Paris, La Scala di Milan and the Metropolitan Opera in New York. She was also the soloist at the opening of the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg.

Pauliina Tukiainen
(Piano, Lied-interpretation – Mozarteum Salzburg)

Finnish pianist Pauliina Tukiainen is an internationally sought-after accompanist and a professor of lied interpretation at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg. Arttu Kataja, Juliane Banse, Ingeborg Danz, Mojca Erdmann, Stephan Genz, Andreas Schmidt and Christoph Strehl are amongst her regular collaborators. She has performed at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden, Vienna Musikverein, Tonhalle Zürich, Oslo Konserthus and at the Enescu Festival in Bucharest. Pauliina studied lied accompaniment with Hartmut Höll and Anne Le Bozec. She received further artistic inspiration from Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, Thomas Hampson, Christoph Prégardien and Wolfgang Rihm.

Sir John Eliot Gardiner

Sir John Eliot Gardiner is respected as one of the world’s most innovative and dynamic musicians, constantly at the forefront of enlightened interpretation. In September 2024, Gardiner announced the foundation of The Constellation Orchestra and Choir. The ensembles embark on their first tour of world-renowned concert venues in December 2024. His work as Founder and Artistic Director of the Monteverdi Choir, English Baroque Soloists and Orchestre Révolutionnaire et Romantique marked him out as a central figure in the early music scene.
As a regular guest of the world’s leading symphony orchestras, Gardiner conducts amongst others the London Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra, Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, and Berlin Philharmonic. He has performed regularly at the world’s major venues and festivals, including Salzburg, Berlin and Lucerne festivals, Carnegie Hall, and the Royal Albert Hall. Gardiner has conducted opera productions at the Wiener Staatsoper, Teatro alla Scala, Opéra national de Paris, Royal Opera House, and at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.
He was made a Commander of the British Empire in 1990 and awarded a knighthood for his services to music.
