Sandro Nebieridze
Among Sandro Nebieridze’s achievements are prize wins from major piano competitions held in Asia and Europe. As a composer, he has received praise for his work both domestically and internationally. His compositions have had successful premieres at venues like the Berlin Konzerthaus and the Tsinandali Amphitheatre. In September 2019, Harmonia Mundi globally released Sandro’s debut album, which featured solo compositions by Rachmaninov and Prokofiev. In addition to receiving the Tsinandali Prize, the album also garnered him a nomination for the Opus Klassik 2020. Sandro has gone on many tours since 2021, when he became a scholar at the Lisa Batiashvili Foundation. Sandro has collaborated with esteemed orchestras, performing solo recitals in the Czech Republic, Norway, and Germany, as well as serving as a last-minute replacement for Lang-Lang.
